According to EU Regulations Bubble units have a 2 year warranty period from date of purchase against any materials or manufacturing defect.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
To obtain warranty service, the client need to contact Bubbleshop.eu by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once received we will create a service order and follow steps in order activate guarantee.
To activate guarantee is necessary to have the original serial number indicated in the bottom of the box. Any warranty claims without serial number will be rejected.
To activate warranty, client must deliver the product back by its own means, in its original or similar packaging to the address specified by Bubble. Bubbleshop will take charge of returning the product to client at no cost.
LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
Bubble warranty covers any defect in materials and manufacturing which may have caused the failure of the device.
Warranty does not cover software compatibility or usage problems incluiding those related to phone compatiblity or bluetooth connection.
Any deterioration due to normal usage is not covered under this warranty.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Warranty only applies to Bubble units bought through bubbleshop.eu and identified with buying proof and serial number.
Warranty does specifically not apply to:
- Damage caused by user
- Damage caused by animals
- Improper voltage or power supply
- Damage caused by manipulating fisically or electronically the product.
- Inmersion over 30min and 2m depth.
